Patrik is a Principal Associate in the Stockholm office focusing on real estate law.
He has practiced law since 2014, assisting both Swedish and international companies with a wide range of general commercial law matters, with a particular focus on real estate and retail clients. Patrik represents companies as legal counsel in real estate disputes, both in court and before the rent tribunal. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked in commercial property management and real estate consulting. During his time at the firm, Patrik was seconded to Eversheds Sutherland in the United Kingdom and to one of Sweden's largest retail companies, where he helped optimize their real estate portfolio.
Patrik draws on his extensive experience to benefit his clients, ensuring efficient project management in real estate transactions to maximize value.
Outside of work, Patrik is an avid tennis player and enjoys an active lifestyle.
