Michele advises US and foreign companies on a wide range of issues related to transactions and corporate matters.
She primarily represents clients in the insurance industry, providing assistance with issues related to mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance, including those related to reinsurance.
Prior to her work in insurance, Michele was a member of the Tax group where she counseled on domestic and cross-border tax issues driven by clients’ operations, business expansions, debt financings, restructurings, and reorganizations.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Michele participated in its Summer Associate program. Her past experience includes serving as a legal intern for a non-profit media institution.
