Her practice focuses on defending companies and executives in criminal and administrative proceedings, assisting with government investigations, and handling communications with the authorities. Simone also advises companies on conducting and supporting internal investigations and represents companies that have suffered losses as a result of criminal offences in litigation and external proceedings.
She has extensive experience in national and cross-border investigations, including dawn raids. Before starting as a lawyer, she was a prosecutor for more than eleven years, focusing on complex cases involving corruption, embezzlement, fraud, money laundering, tax evasion and insider trading. During this time, she was also responsible for international mutual legal assistance in criminal matters.
