Jakob is a Senior Associate and a member of the Banking & Finance group in Stockholm and works mainly with Swedish and international commercial law with a particular focus on equity capital markets and corporate law.
Jakob advises a diverse range of Swedish and international clients on securities market transactions, including stock market listings, incentive programs, rights issues, directed issues, and accelerated bookbuildings. He also provides ongoing guidance on disclosure requirements for listed companies, as well as corporate law and capital markets compliance, helping clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
Jakob has a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) as well as a master’s degree (MS) in Commercial Law from Umeå university. Between 2021 and 2023 Jakob worked as a law Clerk at the Stockholm district court.
