Aleksandra Kunkiel-Kryńska is a Partner and Co-Head of the Commercial practice.
She has particular experience in consumer law. Aleksandra advises domestic and foreign clients from industries such as household appliances, audio/video devices, FMCG, textiles, furniture and cosmetics. She works for leading manufacturers, importers, distributors and retailers, providing comprehensive legal advice across the broad field of consumer law, including product safety, consumer and warranty claims as well as contract law and advertising law.
She participates in public procurement projects and also has extensive experience advising companies in their day-to-day operations.
