Francesco is a criminal lawyer since 1993 and leads the italian White Collar Crimes Department.
Francesco represented clients in some of the most important criminal proceedings tried in Italy in the last 25 years, such as “Parmalat,” “Cirio,” “Monte dei Paschi di Siena,” “Lodo Mondadori,” "SME-Ariosto” and “IMI-SIR.”
In several decades of practice, Francesco has developed a significant experience also in the sector of “Liability of entities for administrative offences deriving from crimes” pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 (“Corporate crimes”), in relation both to assisting the accused Entities in criminal proceedings and to the creation/verification/implementation of Organisation, Management and Control Models as required by the relevant regulations. Francesco chairs and/or is member of several Supervisory Bodies.

- Qualified to assist before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) and any other High Court in Italy
- Francesco is also member of the Board of the “Osservatorio dei penalisti multi practice”, an association which regroups the leaders of the criminal law departments of the most important multi-practice Law Firms
