Eversheds Sutherland advises Doha Bank Q.P.S.C. on the issuance of the first sustainable bonds listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange

This transaction is Doha Bank’s inaugural QAR denominated issuance under its EMTN programme and the first issuance of sustainable bonds listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange. The landmark issuance represents a significant step towards advancing ESG-aligned finance opportunities and reinforces Doha Bank’s and Qatar’s commitment to sustainable finance in line with the Qatar Central Bank’s Third Financial Sector Strategy and Qatar National Vision 2030.
