Alex counsels companies in class action and commercial litigation in federal and state courts across the country, with a focus on advising companies across a range of sectors and industries on complex, large-scale litigation matters.
Alex focuses his practice on representing financial services companies in class action, commercial litigation and arbitration in courts and arbitral forums throughout the country. Alex represents companies in disputes involving data privacy statutes, violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, unfair trade practices, consumer fraud, tort and complex breach of contract claims.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Alex was an associate in the insurance litigation group at an international law firm in New York. His previous experience includes counseling London market insurers in the defense of complex product liability, aviation and coverage actions.
