Amy Chen advises clients in commercial lending and structured finance transactions. She counsels clients on secured and unsecured commercial lending, investment-grade finance and asset-based finance.
Amy’s experience includes senior secured financings and unsecured financings; leveraged acquisition financings; fund financings; letter of credit transactions; and loan syndications and participations. She also represents business development companies, financial services companies, investment management firms and other clients in commercial and consumer loan portfolio financings, including asset backed securitization (ABS) transactions.
Prior to law school and joining Eversheds Sutherland, Amy was a senior analyst for a global consulting firm where she focused on technology management and systems implementation. Amy also previously participated in the Eversheds Sutherland Summer Associate program.
