Eversheds Sutherland advises on Baird Capital’s investment in Aura Futures

Eversheds Sutherland has advised Baird Capital, the direct investment arm of Baird, on its investment in Aura Futures (Aura), a leading provider of workspace technology solutions to mid to large-size enterprises operating in over 60 countries.
The investment by Baird Capital will enable Aura to build leading technologies for future workspaces. Aura brings together two independent businesses, Karlson and Intevi, whose management teams will remain with the business and will join the Aura operating board.
Baird Capital Partner Andrew Ferguson and Director Michael Holgate will both join the Aura board of directors.
