Focusing on enhancing client relationships in the US and key markets worldwide, Mark’s deep insight across a broad spectrum of business matters drives impactful results for clients. He ensures they navigate complex transactions with confidence and achieve their business goals.
From 2005 to 2025, Mark served as Managing Partner of Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. He also held the position of Global Co-Chief Executive Officer of Eversheds Sutherland Limited from 2017 to 2025, providing strategic leadership to the firm and focusing on delivering top-level, efficient, and creative client service.
Before being elected US Managing Partner in 2005, Mark co-chaired the firm's US corporate transactional team and was a member of its Executive Committee.
