Pavel Svoboda is an associate specialising in providing legal services in construction law and development.
His practice primarily focuses on advising municipalities and development companies on negotiating and preparing planning agreements, as well as offering guidance regarding proceedings before building authorities.
Pavel also deals with other areas of real estate law and has experience in commercial law, including M&A.
In addition to providing legal advice, Pavel also lectures and leads seminars.
Pavel graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc, and as part of the Erasmus programme, he studied law at the Universita degli Studi di Ferrara in Italy.
