Ben is a member of Eversheds Sutherland’s London tax team. He has a broad transactional and advisory practice, with a focus on high-value and complex mandates in the private capital and financial services sectors and a particular specialism in the private investment funds matters.
Ben’s private investment funds tax practice covers all investment strategies, asset classes and geographies. Ben regularly works both sponsor-side, including with respect to fund structuring, establishment, operations and downstream activities, and investor-side, including on primary investments and secondaries transactions.
Ben also regularly advises on debt finance and private credit mandates, M&A and PE transactions, corporate reorganisations, the tax aspects of general commercial activities, and real estate private capital mandates.
