Dan litigates state and federal tax cases.
His clients include many of the country’s largest companies who regularly call on him for their most sophisticated, high-profile tax disputes. Dan has favorably resolved cases at all levels of trial and appeal, on dispositive motion, or via full trial. He also has considerable experience settling cases prior to, during and after trial.
Dan has been litigating cases for 25 years. His experience runs the gamut of state and federal tax tribunals. He has handled cases in federal district court, US Tax Court, the US Courts of Appeals, the US Supreme Court, and the courts and administrative tribunals of more than two dozen states.
