Benjamin Marché is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland in Paris, where he heads the Banking & Finance team.
Benjamin’s practice focuses on LBO acquisition finance, infrastructure, and real estate financing.
He has extensive experience in financing transactions, particularly in the context of acquisitions, both in France and internationally. Benjamin advises lenders (senior, mezzanine, and unitranche), sponsors, and borrowers as well as clients on general banking matters including complex transactions involving restructurings and infrastructure and real estate financings. His practice spans all industry sectors.
Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2011, Benjamin has previously worked at several leading international law firms. He speaks French and English.
