Selin’s experience spans both advisory and contentious work, including proceedings before the Commercial Courts and the Market Court. She regularly reviews and drafts commercial agreements and is actively involved in GDPR compliance projects. Selin also assists clients in navigating European legislation with extraterritorial impact, such as the GDPR, the AI Act, the Data Act and the NIS2 Directive.
She is well equipped to offer a global perspective, having worked on both international matters as well as Belgium focused mandates.
In parallel with her legal practice, Selin is a teaching assistant at UCLouvain and a member of the university’s Private Law Research Centre, where she contributes to academic discussions and research initiatives in private law.
