Agnieszka Leonkiewicz is a lawyer in the real estate team at Eversheds Sutherland Poland.
She specialises in real estate, construction and energy law.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the real estate, energy and infrastructure departments of Polish and international law firms. She also has several years of experience as an in-house lawyer at real estate developer and an academic institution.
Agnieszka supports clients with transactional and regulatory advice, legal due diligence, drafting of transaction documents and negotiation of business agreements. She also advises on investments in renewable energy projects, data centres and energy storage facilities.
