Carly is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management practice group, with experience in all areas of dispute resolution.
Carly has experience in County Court and High Court litigation.
Some of her recent experience includes advising on public procurement disputes and complex commercial disputes. Carly has acted for suppliers and contracting authorities in procurement challenges. She has also advised authorities in respect of their ongoing procurements to identify risk of challenge from the outset.
Carly has advised clients across many sectors including government, manufacturing and e-commerce. She has a particular focus on the education sector. Carly has advised clients across the FE and HE sectors on a broad range of disputes including in relation to student matters, contractual disputes, governance and regulatory issues.
She regularly acts as a Legal Adviser to a professional conduct panel, advising the panel on questions of mixed law and fact and matters of practice and procedure.
Her other projects include work on high-profile public inquiries, representing core participants.
