Rhiannon is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team with a broad range of commercial disputes experience.
Rhiannon has wide-ranging experience across many of the firm's key sectors, with a particular focus on Health & Life Sciences and Government & Infrastructure. Rhiannon is a key member of the firm's Procurement Team, and regularly advises a wide range of utilities, public bodies, and private sector clients on all aspects of procurement law. Rhiannon frequently provides risk-based advice in relation to all stages of the procurement process, including identifying and resolving issues and risk minimisation strategies. Rhiannon has also supported many clients in threatened and actual procurement challenges.

- lead Associate for the Claimant in Consultant Connect Ltd v NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board and Ors [2022] EWHC 2037 (TCC), a precedent-setting claim under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015
- lead Associate on a £multi-million claim against a furniture retailer, arising out of the terms of a Share Purchase Agreement
- key Associate advising a global manufacturer on its defence of a £multi-million cross-jurisdictional product liability dispute arising out of a fatal accident
- advising a global IT services provider on numerous disputes arising in relation to multiple IT service agreements with UK government bodies
- assisting a non-departmental public body respond to a public Inquiry into a failed multi-billion procurement, and involving ancillary investigations by the National Audit Office, the Public Accounts Committee and a related Judicial Review challenge
- advising a major financial services institution on a large scale, high-profile claims portfolio
- representing a charity in High Court proceedings, subsequent appeals and cross-appeals
Rhiannon is a member of the Procurement Lawyers' Association, regularly writes on public procurement law, and delivers training on the subject.
