Mohammed is an Associate in the Corporate Finance and Commercial practices, based in the firm’s Doha office, focusing on equity capital markets and cross-border corporate transactions.
Mohammed joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2022, initially working with the corporate structuring and commercial teams in Jordan, before joining the Qatar corporate transactional and capital markets team in 2025.
He advises regional and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, direct listings and private placements in Qatar and across the Middle East.
Mohammed also assists on M&A transactions in the region, leading on the legal due diligence workstreams and contributing to the structuring and execution of transactions.
His experience extends to drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, advising on corporate structuring and restructuring mandates, and supporting clients on regulatory and commercial matters across various sectors.
In addition, Mohammed advises on and leads vessel sale and purchase transactions, including the preparation of transactional documentation and representation of parties through completion and closing meetings.

- the Majority Shareholders of Snoonu Corporation Holding LLC, on the sale of a 76.56% stake to Jahez International Company for Information System Technology. This cross-border transaction was Qatar’s first tech-startup deal to surpass the QAR 1 billion valuation mark, marking this transaction a significant milestone in the region’s digital economy and is recognised as one of the most high-profile tech exits in Qatar to date
- Al Mahhar Holding Q.P.S.C. on its acquisition of the remaining 49% stake in European Equipment Company W.L.L. through a wholly owned subsidiary, Qatar Welding and Fabrication Supplies (QFAB) W.L.L.
- leading the sale of six vessels on behalf of a leading regulated Qatari financial investment company, at an average vessel sale price of USD 10 million
- leading the sale of 4,250,000 shares pledged at an amount of USD 125,000,000, in a leading Iraqi infrastructure and harbouring of containers services company, at an approximate share sale value of JOD 50,000,000
- assisting in advising a prominent Qatar-based bank on the settlement of outstanding debt at an approximate amount of QAR 1,500,000,000, from debtors against real estate property
- advising and assisting a prominent regional telecommunication company on its acquisition of a majority stake in a digital banking company in Iraq

Mohammed obtained a degree in Business Law LLB from the Coventry University, and is qualified as a lawyer before the Jordanian Bar Association.
Mohammed is fluent in both English and Arabic.
