Eversheds Sutherland makes Cromwell Property Group’s panel for the first time

Eversheds Sutherland has been appointed to Cromwell Property Group’s new panel for the first time.

Cromwell Property Group is a real estate investor and manager, with operations across the globe. It is responsible for over 220 properties with a lettable area of over 3.4m square metres. Its platform of over 440 staff in 14 countries services over 2,850 tenants across a direct property investment portfolio in Australia valued at $3.0 billion and total assets under management of $11.6 billion across Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

The team has conducted off panel work for the last six years, and now joins the new panel in a full service capacity for a three-year term, effective from July 2021.

Firms were assessed on numerous criteria including expertise, pricing and geographical reach, in addition to culture, technology and innovation, diversity & inclusion, and ESG.
