In this edition of Pensions in a Pod (UK), Jeremy Goodwin is joined by Stuart Earle and Jennifer Miles to discuss the government’s proposed legislative solution to address the issues arising from the Virgin Media judgments. Among other things, they consider:
  • what the solution means for schemes affected by the Virgin Media judgments
  • what schemes will need to do to make use of the legislative solution, and
  • the significance of the judgment in the Verity Trustees case, which is expected shortly, in light of the legislative solution
