Thijs is a Senior Associate in our Employment and Labor Practice Group based in Amsterdam.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, such as (individual) dismissals, Works Council related matters, collective labor agreements and restructuring.
Thijs is renowned for his practical and responsive advice to clients. He is well experienced in advising national and international clients on a wide variety of employment matters. He also has extensive litigation experience.
Thijs gives training on a regular basis on varying Dutch employment law topics, including trainings about Works Councils. He also publishes on a regular basis in academic literature.
