On 10 November 2021, Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, a harmonised regulatory framework for crowdfunding services, will enter into application across the EU. Sweden has adopted supplementary legislation that will enter into force simultaneously with the regulation, setting out, inter alia, supervisory and investigatory powers of the Swedish financial regulator.
