Eversheds Sutherland advises Qatar Electronic Systems Company (Techno Q) QPSC on its QSE Venture Market listingJune 26, 2024 Eversheds Sutherland has advised Qatar Electronic Systems Company (Techno Q) QPSC (Techno Q) on the direct listing of 100% of its shares on the Venture Market of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE). Established in Qatar in 1996, Techno Q is a leading provider specializing in audiovisual, lighting systems, and business solutions. The company operates in the AV, hospitality, and lighting segments through its own operations and in the ELV and security systems segment through its fully owned subsidiary, Techno Q Security Systems WLL. Techno Q is the fourth company to be listed on the Venture Market of the QSE, three of which were previously advised on by Eversheds Sutherland’s Qatar-based Capital Markets team. The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Partner Samer Sarkis, supported by Senior Associates Cristina Craciun and Julie Menhem, and Associates Mostafa Gharib and Marwah Rawashdeh.
