NZIA implementing regulation on renewable energy auctions adoptedJune 11, 2025 On 23 May 2025, the European Commission adopted different pieces of secondary legislation under the Net-Zero Industry Act (NZIA) which was created to help scale up the EU’s manufacturing capacity for net-zero technologies (for an overview of the main elements of the NZIA, see our client briefing here). To verify compliance with criteria related to responsible business conduct, independent third-party statements will have to be acquired. Key contacts
