Kirsi focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, as well as commercial contracts and real estate law.
With approximately 30 years of experience as a legal adviser, Kirsi has worked on a wide range of both domestic and international assignments for companies and public sector entities. Her client relationships are typically long-term partnerships, and she serves as a regular legal adviser to several companies, particularly in the SME sector. Kirsi’s approach is practical and business-oriented.
Kirsi’s broad experience covers domestic and cross-border M&A transactions as well as private equity investments. Over the course of her career, she has advised numerous Finnish and international companies and private equity investors in complex acquisitions and disposals, as well as related shareholders’ agreements and joint venture agreements. She has been involved in hundreds of transactions.
Contracts and contractual arrangements are a key area of her work. Throughout her career, she has drafted and negotiated a wide range of commercial agreements, with a particular focus on the ICT and technology sectors. In addition, real estate law, property development projects, and related construction projects and agreements are a core part of her practice.
