Maritza represents clients in commercial lending, structured finance and project finance transactions.
Maritza advises clients on domestic and international acquisition finance, investment-grade finance, asset-based finance and transportation finance. In addition, she represents lessors and lessees in equipment leasing transactions.
Her previous experience includes participating in Eversheds Sutherland’s Summer Associate program. Prior to joining the firm, Maritza completed the Private International Law program at The Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands.
Maritza is a native French speaker.
