Atreus is the largest seller of interim management services in Germany. The company is led by its founders as Co-CEOs. Heidrick & Struggles is a premier provider of global leadership advisory and on-demand talent solutions. The sale, which was finalised on 1 February 2023, involved an experienced cross practice team of lawyers from various capabilities across the global law firm including M&A, tax, employment and commercial. The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Global Head of Industrials Matthias Heisse and partner Stefan Diemer (tax), and also comprised partners Dirk Monheim (ELPG), Nils Müller (data protection), Daniel v. Brevern (antitrust) and Alexander Honrath (capital markets). Principal associates Michael Reichard (M&A) and Lars v.
