Eversheds Sutherland advises Fidelity International on pan-European financing of logistics assets

This operation is part of the financing of a pan-European logistics portfolio acquired from November 2024, including assets located in France, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands.

This first building located in Combs La Ville, with a surface area of 42,000 m², currently vacant, is situated in the heart of the Sénart logistics hub - one of the most sought-after logistics markets in France. An ambitious investment plan is already in place to renovate this asset and significantly improve its ESG characteristics.

With rapidly growing activity in Western Europe, the Fidelity International investment fund thus reinforces its strategy of deploying its LOGICs investments in 2025.

In close cooperation with the real estate financing teams from the London, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and Luxemburg offices, Fidelity International was advised in Paris by Patrick Gerry (partner), Louis-Jérôme Laisney (partner), and Edmond Percheron (associate) on the legal aspects of this financing. BDO France also intervened for the tax part, ETYO as technical and environmental advisor, FIRE on the commercial due diligence, as well as the notarial office Le Breton (Edouard Raballand and Eléonore Larrivière).
