Sundeep (Sunny) Thandi

Sunny advises on a broad spectrum of cross-border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, corporate governance, and strategic reorganisations. His practice spans both listed and private entities across the UK, the Middle East, and wider international markets.

He has acted for multinational corporates, private equity sponsors, founders, and sovereign-backed entities on high-value and complex transactions across sectors such as technology, energy, hospitality, education, and manufacturing. 

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Sunny worked in a leading international law firm, advising on M&A, growth capital, and venture capital transactions. He trained at a US firm in the UAE and has over three years’ experience in the Middle East.

Sunny holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Warwick and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, UK.
