Amy is a Senior Associate in our corporate group who acts for large corporates on multijurisdictional M&A transactions and strategic M&A projects.
She is an M&A lawyer with experience of a broad range of corporate transactional work, including acting for major global corporates and private equity investors on complex and multijurisdictional M&A transactions, and general corporate governance matters.

- the individual shareholders of ALE Holdings Limited, the largest global provider of engineered heavy lifting and transport services spanning 52 jurisdictions, on the sale of the group to Dutch company Mammoet
- the management team of Aston Lark Group Limited, insurance broking and risk management experts, on the sale of its ultimate holding company to the Howden Group
- Aston Lark Group Limited on multiple strategic acquisitions
- the shareholders of a private medical business for a sale of circa £300m to a Nordic private equity house
- a major leisure and entertainment business on the disposal of a Maltese company to a US-based global leader in the gaming industry
- a global provider of healthcare services on a series of pharmacy divestment projects
Amy graduated from the University of Manchester in Law with Politics and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School, Manchester, with a Distinction.
