Deivis Valiulis has over 20 years of legal experience in real estate and construction, bearing an extensive knowledge in real estate financing, and dispute resolution. Furthermore, he is a trusted and recognized expert in developing risk management solutions for real estate investors, developers, contractors, and property owners. Deivis has worked for one of the leading Baltic law firms and is a long-standing member of the board of the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association. He also acts as an arbitrator of Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration.

Senior Associates Raminta Vilčinskaitė and Rūta Brazauskienė, Associate Marius Choniakovas and Lawyer Dominyka Burneikaitė have served a recognition for their thorough knowledge of real estate and construction market, legal expertise and dedication to clients.
