Brennan advises clients in a wide variety of securitizations and other structured finance transactions.
He represents commercial borrowers, fintech companies, business development companies and investment management firms on complex commercial and consumer receivables financings, including collateralized loan obligation transactions, asset-backed securitization transactions, and receivables warehouse facilities. Brennan has substantial familiarity with monetizing a myriad of asset classes, including installment and point-of-sale consumer loans, debt settlement and debt consolidation loans, student loans, merchant cash advances, small business loans, equipment loans and leases, and commercial debt. Brennan’s experience also spans forward flow transactions, sales of loan portfolios, bank loan origination programs, timber installment note transactions, total return swaps, and receivables factoring transactions.
