Štefan is an attorney at law who in his practice focuses primarily on labour law, commercial law, real estate law and litigation.
Štefan is part of our law firm since 2021. Before that, he worked as a lawyer for a local law firm and also for the largest consulting company in Slovakia. He gradually specialized as a lawyer in labour law, commercial law and corporate law.
Within the framework of employment law, he deals with various topics - organizational changes, termination of employment, employee remuneration and remuneration mechanism setup, posting of employees, TUPE, litigation in the field of employment law, whistleblowing and collective employment law.

- Complex preparation of labour law documentation for a client from the manufacturing sector with more than 500 employees. In particular, preparation of employment contracts, internal policies, sample documentation for termination of an employment, introduction of flexible working time account and much more.
- Legal representation of clients - employers in lawsuits with employees about claimed invalidity of the termination of the employment relationship and claims for payment of wages.
- Preparation and review of the lease agreement for the lease of the hall in the logistics park.
- Preparation of internal guidelines in the field of whistleblowing and legal advice to clients when investigating the whistleblowing cases.
- Legal advice to the client in a dispute over the termination of the contract for the provision of services from the client's supplier concluded for an indefinite period.
