Eversheds Sutherland has advised Lumene Oy in connection with the entering into of an agreement to acquire all shares in Ida Warg Beauty AB. The acquisition is expected to close in January 2024.
Ida Warg Beauty is a modern beauty brand with a focus on well-being, high-quality and modern products. All products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. The brand includes self-tanning products, hair care, skin care, makeup and nourishing body care.

Eversheds Sutherland's team mainly consisted of Ulrika Sparrman, Anna Thoms, Therése Berg, Linda Kempe and Mathilda Andersson.
