Jenna is a restructuring and insolvency partner leading on advising on all aspects of distressed lending, corporate restructuring and insolvency for a wide variety of stakeholders.
A Partner in our Finance Group specializing in non-contentious distressed lending, corporate and real estate restructuring and insolvency. Jenna acts for many clients, including high-street clearing banks, asset-based lenders, insolvency practitioners, private equity funds, corporates and other key stakeholders, with particular experience in distressed lending, solvent financial restructuring and debt management tools, accelerated corporate disposals and corporate insolvency. She has worked as a restructuring and insolvency lawyer with combined contentious and non-contentious experience since qualifying in 2008 and has been a Restructuring Partner since 2019.
Jenna can assist corporates and stakeholders at all stages of the financial distress cycle, including advising on risk profiles for boards and managing the successful recovery of distressed debt positions through both solvent and insolvent solutions for all manner of financial stakeholders.
Jenna is quoted in Chambers and Partners as being "very responsive and providing detailed advice."
Jenna has presented at a number of client events in the UK.
In addition, Jenna has undertaken a ten-month secondment with Lloyds Banking Group in their Business Support Unit.

- advising various administrators on the administration and disposal of a high-profile UK pottery company; the administration of a national golf supplier; the disposal and administrations of the UK's largest independently owned talent solutions group with £750million turnover; acquisitions from administrators in respect of a number of casual-dining chains and the administration of a major logistics and distribution supplier
- advising a UK clearing bank on its options regarding a portfolio of eight hotels across the UK and subsequently advising the administrators on the trading and disposal of all hotels as going concerns
