David is a partner and leads the Restructuirng team across the North of England, as part of the global Finance practice. He is experienced in all aspects of corporate restructuring and insolvency, both non-contentious and contentious (including director disqualification). David advises banks and secondary lenders, insolvency practitioners, investors and corporate clients on distressed lending and investments, working with clients to preserve value in their businesses, lends or investments, enabling viable businesses to continue for the benefit of all stakeholders.
