We advised Multirel Oy in the expansion of its ownership base

An expert in the electricity sector and technical wholesale business, Multirel Oy responds to the change and enters the next growth phase by expanding its ownership base. The company partnered with Helmet Capital, whose investor group brings significant new owners to the company. 

Multirel offers a wide range of transformers, compensation equipment, electrical equipment and accessories alongside related services to energy companies, network companies and industry across Finland.

Helmet Capital is a Finnish investment company that has invested in successful domestic companies since 1988.
