Cornelius Litt

Cornelius has experience in all aspects of corporate transactional work including: corporate M&A and private equity, corporate restructuring and venture capital transactions. Cornelius advises national and international clients on Dutch company law aspects.

Cornelius is admitted to practice law in the Netherlands. He speaks Dutch, German, English and French fluently. Cornelius holds degrees from Maastricht University in European law and Corporate and Commercial Law. In addition, he passed a specialization course in Mergers & Acquisition from the renown Dutch Grotius Academy with the distinction cum laude.
