Eversheds Sutherland Switzerland appoints new partners in GenevaSeptember 01, 2025 Exciting News from Our Geneva Office! We are delighted to announce that, effective today, 1 September 2025, Michael Lepper, Thomas Roullet and Tigran Serobyan have been promoted to partners in our Geneva office. Dr. Michael Mosimann, Managing Partner of Eversheds Sutherland Switzerland, shared: « It is great to see three colleagues promoted to partners, which evidences our focus on organic growth. Each of them has shown an entrepreneurial mindset as well as quality in client handling and deserves the promotion. I wish them all the best, lots of success, and satisfaction in their new role, but also strength and endurance. Being partner is a lot more than a title and also comes with responsibilities. As managing partner, I look forward to continuing the development of our firm with three new faces in our partnership. » Cyril Troyanov, Partner in Geneva, added: « Being a partner has never been just about legal expertise. It’s about judgement, resilience, the ability to bring people together, and a willingness to guide others as they grow. It’s also about character — especially in the moments when no one is watching. During my career, I’ve seen many paths leading to partnership — and just as many interpretations of what it truly means. I had the chance to help mentor our newly promoted colleagues and witnessing these qualities in action. They’ve earned the trust of their peers, the respect of our clients, and, above all, the responsibility that comes with leadership. I warmly congratulate them as they take this meaningful step forward. » Latest Insights
