Our nationally ranked Summer Program provides our associates with many opportunities to experience our collaborative culture, to explore our extensive practice areas, and to meet our skilled attorneys. For nine-ten weeks, summer associates are assigned projects across a variety of matters based on their individual practice area interests.
They also attend tailored training sessions and are encouraged to gain practical experience by participating in attorney meetings, transaction closings, client calls, trial preparation, and pro bono assignments. Additionally, each summer associate is paired with advisors who are available to answer questions and facilitate introductions to our attorneys. Through substantive projects, skills building sessions, and inter-active events, we provide opportunities for our summer associates to gain a realistic view of building a career and practicing with us.
