The trainee path in Finland
Our trainee path is divided into two parts. The first part is intended for younger law students in their first to third study year. By participating in our office’s wide range of office and support tasks, the younger trainees will gain not only a memorable and instructive work experience, but also insight into a genuinely international legal services firm early on in their studies.
The second part of the trainee path is for students in their fourth to sixth study year. At this stage, the trainees already work as an integral part of a group within a designated area of law – up until they graduate, if they so wish. The key tasks of the trainees include assisting the lawyers in executing assignments, legal fact-finding and acquiring information. Working in an international law firm also offers the opportunity to participate in cross border assignments in collaboration with colleagues from other Eversheds countries.
