Before joining Eversheds Sutherland's M&A team in Frankfurt, Tim worked for various international law firms.
During this time, he gained particular experience in M&A transactions in the energy sector.
- MFI (Moving Forward International GmbH), part of the PHSE Group, on its acquisition of TKS, a German specialist transport company focused on dangerous goods, radioactive materials and radiopharmaceutical products
- Enel Green Power S.p.A. on the acquisition by Enel Green Power Germany GmbH of a German onshore wind farm portfolio with a total installed capacity of 51 MW
Tim studied law at the University of Osnabrück and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. He also holds an LL.M. degree from Stockholm University.
