Carolin Obermaier is a Senior Associate in the Strategic Contracts team in the Commercial Advisory practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.
Carolin advises national and international companies in connection with large-volume and strategically important commercial contracts, in particular in the manufacturing and consumer goods sectors. From her extensive experience working with international clients, she knows that contractual challenges and opportunities are often similar and she uses this experience to the benefit of her clients.
The range of her activities includes in particular all aspects of commercial and distribution law, as well as advising clients throughout the entire supply chain, both in connection with the conclusion and execution of contracts and potential settlement negotiations. In addition, Carolin regularly advises on the commercial aspects of due diligence reviews in the context of M&A transactions. To this end, she can rely on the wealth of experience which she gained while working for an international commercial law firm specializing in M&A and private equity transactions.
Carolin's clients from English-speaking countries particularly value her international expertise, which she acquired during her time abroad in the USA. In addition to her admission to the bar in Germany, she is also admitted as an Attorney and Counselor-at-Law (State of New York).
