New edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) with contribution of Peter Haas (Switzerland)

Global Legal Group has published its new edition of the ICLG on «Class & Group Actions 2025». The guide provides an international legal analysis of the laws and regulations of class and group actions.

In the section «Country question and answer», Peter Haas provides an overview and relevant insights from a Swiss law perspective.
