As Head of the US Environmental Practice, Todd Silliman has 30 years of experience in the practice of environmental law.
Todd represents clients in environmental litigation and regulatory compliance matters under a wide array of federal, state and local environmental laws. He also advises clients on environmental liability and risk management in corporate and real estate transactions throughout the US.
Todd has won high-profile cases involving water, wetlands, endangered species, air emissions, contaminated property, and the National Environmental Policy Act, and has been involved in major brownfield redevelopment projects in every region of the country.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Todd was co-chair of the environmental practice at a large national law firm.
