Brenna focuses her practice on a range of employee benefits and compensation matters.
She advises on the design and implementation of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, executive compensation agreements, equity and equity-based incentive plans, fringe benefits, and other benefit programs. She assists clients with day-to-day compliance, legal updates, and responding to benefit claims. Brenna also regularly advises clients on all aspects of employee benefits and human resources matters arising in corporate transactions.

- Advised a multinational energy transportation company in a cross-border deal in connection with its divestment of a large transmission line in the West through the sale of Canadian and US entities owning relevant portions of the transmission line.
