• A renewable energy developer on the construction of hydrogen electrolyzer units
• A consortium of Scatec ASA, Fertiglobe, Orascom Construction and the Sovereign Fund of Egypt and the borrowers Egypt Green Hydrogen S.A.E. and EGH Renewable Energy S.A.E on the USD $80m financing of the first green hydrogen facility in Egypt
• One of the largest green ammonia producers on their investment in green ammonia facility in Spain. We advise on all aspects of the transaction related documentation from offtake to shareholders agreements
• Norwegian industrial solutions company on its low carbon ammonia upstream offtake agreements from various countries and downstream supply agreements into Europe 
• Major industrial user on its hydrogen offtake agreements for the purposes of powering the client's industrial processes at a manufacturing facility in the context of UK HAR
• Large scale offshore hydrogen project composed by a 300MW offshore windfarm feeding into a central platform and producing up to 20.000 tonnes of green hydrogen per year in Germany 
• ERM on its Dolphyn deepwater offshore hydrogen project, including various investor negotiations and agreements, project documentation and UK HAR applications. 
• An industrial gases business on liquid hydrogen and compressed hydrogen gas supply and transportation arrangements
