Our Private Equity practice has extensive experience advising on all areas of private equity transactions in every major region. Our recent experience includes advising:

  • an American technology-focused private equity firm with over $10 billion in total assets under management in connection with its acquisition of two Swedish and US based software companies, which were merged
  • a Spanish gym chain ( a portfolio company of a private markets investor) on its acquisition of a leading Portuguese low-cost market leading gym business
  • a private equity fund manager on its £160 million acquisition of the data services businesses of a British business-to-business events organizer involving 79 companies in 29 jurisdictions.
  • a private equity investor on the acquisition from US a private equity fund of a £70 million turnover provider of IT storage infrastructure and security systems based in the UK
